Packages and Fees

Packages are designed for funded startup founders, pre-funding startup founders, and executives in public or private companies. I also have a limited number of slots available for individual (non-startup founder or exec) and pro-bono coaching.

All packages offer guidance, skill building, reflection, mentoring, support, and perspective grounded in decades of experience building great hardware and software products and services; leading exceptional technical and executive teams; and building successful and healthy companies.

All packages include:

• One kickoff Discovery Session:

  • For remote coaching: ~3 hours of deep conversation, reflection, focus, and laughter

  • For in-person coaching: ~5 hours of powerful conversation, including lunch, some outdoor activities, and whatever else we co-create together!

• Three Regular Sessions per month

  • Sessions are ~50 minutes in length

  • Additional Sessions available from time to time at no additional cost, schedule permitting

• Text and email support

• Minimum 6 month commitment

• Pay in full for a discount or monthly with an additional setup fee

• Advisor equity requested for all startup

• Payment is accepted via credit card only — no checks, cash, PO’s, terms, etc.

• Packages can be further customized (frequency, duration, etc)

Fees

Fees are commensurate with company funding level and are split between cash and equity. Steep discounts are available for pre-funding founders. Book a free chemistry session or email me find out more.
